Disney Parks Blog’s #MagicalMeetup at @Disneyland

#magicalmeetup

So I just have to share…I really enjoy writing blogs – and when I have the time, I like to read them too!  Did you know that Disney Parks has their own blog?  It’s certainly one to follow, as their writers share tips, tricks, events and more.  A few weeks ago, they hosted a #MagicalMeetup at Disneyland for their readers.  The lucky first 750 people to register were invited to see a private viewing of Mickey And The Magical Map and enjoy the park for the rest of the evening.

Fourth of July Festivities 2013
It’s time to start thinking about what to do on the 4th.  Since most cities in the O.C. are no longer allowing fireworks, we must travel to see a spectacular show.  Here is a list of what I’ve found to be going on around Orange County:

Mom/Son Date Night at Monsters University Advance Screening | @MonstersU #ad

@monstersu

Last week, I had the opportunity to surprise my handsome boy, as we were invited to see an advanced screening of Monsters University (with two free tickets) the night before he graduated from Kindergarten.

So excited about the anticipation of date night, we talked about it in detail the day before…what time we were going to leave (have to figure in traffic down to Newport Beach), what we were going to do about dinner, what Daddy and sister were going to do while we were gone, etc.  I think I was more excited than he was!

Experiencing A Piece Of History – The Endeavor | @casciencecenter

Growing up, we were huge fans of the space program.  Heck, we were practically raised in it with family working at different spectrums of it the program through Hughes Aircraft, Boeing, Parker Hannifin and JPL.  So, I was absolutely delighted when I received an invitation to the media tour of the new Endeavor Exhibit at the California Science Center in Los Angeles and check out the new Giant Lever Exhibit which allows guests to lift a Toyota truck. (All opinions of the Science Center and exhibits are my own)

Does Mom Get A Chance To Relax?

Every now and then, this mom needs a chance to unwind and unplug.  For the last couple of days I have been suffering from a migraine that just won’t go away.  As a blogger, every now and then I receive products or services in exchange for a post or review, (all my own thoughts and opinions,) a service at Chill and Relax being one of them.

#chillandrelax

You may have read my post/giveaway a while back with CoWork+Play (Link to Previous Post).  CoWork+Play was originally located right next door to Chill and Relax.  The benefit of them being about 3 doors apart, you could drop off the kids for some fun while mom got a little pampering.  Well, I finally had the opportunity to check it out for myself.
