With the kids getting older, I’ve been thinking about getting them involved in some roles around the house. And I have to admit, this mama is getting a little tired of picking up after everyone! Thanks to my friends at Fox, they sent us these adorable Turbo Chore Kits to get the job done likity split!
And now, just in time for the holidays, Turbo races onto Digital HD, Blu-ray and DVD November 12th.

The holidays are a wonderful time to teach children the spirit of giving. We recently had the opportunity to review a book called The Sparkle Box, which introduced the idea of giving to those in need during the holidays, to our children. You can see the review and book here: The Sparkle Box.
Along with getting into the book with my children, we decided to start filling our own sparkle box. Last week we were invited by friends at Branding Personality, who put together a “Not Your Typical Holiday Party”. Such a great idea, we were invited to visit Co-Work & Play in Fullerton, have a little dinner, spend some time with friends, and most importantly decorate donated gifts that will be going to foster care children.
