Book Review: The Tale of The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy | @mbrockenbrough #ad

Since we love to read, it’s always fun to check out new books, especially when you get a chance to work with directly the authors or illustrators, so when I was put in touch with Israel Sanchez, I was delighted to receive a copy of the book he illustrated: “The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy”.

DinosaurToothFairy

This cute little story starts off with “The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy” who now lives in a museum of “truly old things”, but fondly recalls ancient happy time when dinosaur teeth were a plenty.  Feeling all alone in the museum, she craves just one more tooth, until she sees one fall out of a little girl’s mouth.  She runs and chases the little girl, who makes her way home.

The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy

The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy encounters all sorts of obstacles until she finally spots the little girl and the tooth she so desperately wants.  She reaches for it and “Plink”, someone else snags it.  The Dinosaur Tooth Fairy reaches into her purse and pulls out a gigantic dinosaur tooth and offers it to the beautiful lady (the Tooth Fairy), now fast friends who “have each found the teeth of their dreams”.

We LOVED the story!  Check out the kids’ review:

Besides the adorable story line and the fun, artistic illustrations, the best part of this book: 10 percent of the author’s royalties go to KIDS Dental Services, which provides dental care to the world’s poorest children.  Isn’t that great?
