The Walt Disney Company recently remodeled a local Disney Store, enhancing the Disney magic at the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside. The redesigned Disney Store offers guests a magical shopping adventure through a uniquely decorated store design with storytelling and a great team of cast members.
Imagine wandering through a blue Pixie Dust trail with magical trees. Kids will be delighted to listen to their favorite Disney Stores told in the Disney Store Theater and Storytelling Neighborhoods.

Can you taste the difference between tap water and bottled water? Some people have a preference when choosing between bottled water over regular tap water. I for one cannot stand the taste of the water that comes out of our faucet. My husband teases me quite often that it has to be filtered at least 3 times before I will even drink it. That’s why when it comes to hosting a party at home; I prefer to have filtered water available for our guests.

Several blogger buddies and I were invited to a media tasting at Stacked in Cerritos for a great night of fun, mingling and discovery. For those of us who are into our gadgets, this restaurant is quite ideal for us. Imagine, ordering your food from the table by iPad – genius.
Last week The Hubster and the Kiddos were on Spring Break, and unanimously wanted to take a mini San Diego SeaWorld vacation and explore the creatures in Explorers Reef, visit the turtles at Turtle Reef and run with Elmo and friends at the Sesame Street Bay of Play.
For us, SeaWorld San Diego is the perfect “stay-cation” for us. Now that we have a motorhome, we made reservations at Mission Bay RV Resort that is literally 10 minutes from SeaWorld. With great SeaWorld discounts, like “Pay for a day and get 2015 FREE“, we can enjoy taking our time exploring all that the park has to offer.

The day has come to say goodbye to my family’s “nursery”. For 8 years, it has been mint green, blue with a very adorable Winnie the Pooh theme. My son came along and it was his for two years until my daughter was born. We figured everyone loves Winnie the Pooh, right? No need to change the theme.
I am not sure when it started happening but my little girl started growing up and having her own opinions on her likes and dislikes and her room and bed were not on her like list. She thought it was too “babyish”.
I had asked her what she had in mind and she had already had ideas. First off, she wanted a loft bed with a desk underneath. Second, it had to be Monster High themed. YIKES! The first was easy, I received an invitation to review a great line of beds from Epoch by Design. The second, not so easy. Have you SEEN the obnoxious colors of Monster High?
For April, celebrate Earth Day, Pet Day, and even Superhero Day at Pretend City. They have some really fun days lined up with special guests visiting the museum. Some of the furry 4-legged kind, too! Be sure to mark your calendars for these family fun events.
