The driver arrived as expected, dropped off by a Lyft driver. My mother-in-law, the Sweetworxx driver and I discussed the timeframe and details of the service. The Basic Maintenance car service included:

- New cabin filter
- New pollen filter
After we confirmed the services, the driver walked around the vehicle, inspecting for any significant marks, dings or scratches etc. Once photos were filed into their network, paperwork signed and agreed upon, he answered any additional questions and was quickly in route to deliver the vehicle to the local service provider Sweetworxx is contracted with.
While she waited, my mother-in-law had a scheduled lunch date with her friend. They were working on their upcoming fundraiser for the charity they are volunteering for. Sweetworxx assisted her multi-tasking her day, being able to accomplish two big responsibilities at once.
Later on in the day, my mother-in-law called to let me know that her car was returned. When I asked her what she thought about the service, she LOVED that it was so convenient.
