Irvine Public Schools Foundation (IPSF) will be hosting the third annual STEAM Carnival on Saturday, April 22. A creative twist on the traditional carnival, this family-friendly event for all ages is designed to provide children with fun, hands-on activities in an interactive carnival atmosphere to spark their interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).
In addition to the annual carnival, Irvine Public Schools will be celebrating 20 year’s of influence on Irvine this 20th Birthday Bash in celebration! There will be activities for all ages including a “Cheers to 20 Years” beer and wine garden, live music featuring the band, The Brevet, student performances, and local food trucks.
The STEAM Carnival is IPSF’s creative twist on the traditional carnival, providing students and families fun, hands-on activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Discover, experiment, learn and play as a family with a variety of STEAM activities, games, animal exhibit, live demonstration, prizes and so much more! Activities this year include a life size foosball, coding with Microsoft, and soccer skill demonstration by the LA Galaxy.
This event will take place at The Great Park in Irvine from 2:00 to 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $5 online presale and $10 at the door. Special VIP tickets packages are also available.
