There are two output ports which enables you to charge two devices at a time, for instance I use it to charge my iPhone and my portable hotspot. A built in intelligent LED status bar lets you know if the battery pack needs to be recharged. And if it is not in charge for 5 seconds, it automatically shuts off to save the energy.

One interesting thing to note about the RAVPower RP-PB13 External Battery Charger is that an AC adapter is NOT included. To charge the unit, you must connect the USB to Micro-USB cable (included) to one of the following: AC Adapter (Not Included), PC USB Port or a car charger USB Port.
