If you are looking for something fun to do with the girls, or even a special date night with the hubby, why not plan a little theater event? Flash Dance – The Musical, will be at the Segerstrom Center May 7-19, 2013.
The musical, based on the 1983 film, features a score that includes the hit songs from the movie, that became Top Ten hits on the radio around the world, including the Academy Award®-winning title song “Flashdance – What a Feeling,” “Maniac,” “Manhunt” and “I Love Rock & Roll.” In addition to these, 16 brand new songs have been written for the stage with music by Robbie Roth and lyrics by Robert Cary and Robbie Roth.
Single tickets, which, start at $20, will go on sale Sunday, March 24 at 10 a.m. PST. Tickets will be available online at SCFTA.org, at the Box Office at 600 Town Center Drive in Costa Mesa or by calling (714) 556-2787.
