The next day we got up and my mom and step-dad took us to breakfast at one of their favorite spots in Las Vegas, Baby Stacks Cafe.
If you’re looking for a sweet foodie heaven, its certainly Baby Stacks Cafe. Located in Nevada, Baby Stacks Cafe has 4 locations, 3 of which are located in the city of Las Vegas. We loved the Centennial Hills location located off of Durango, with friendly service and delicious food.
In my family, we all LOVE pancakes. Baby Stacks Cafe offers a variety of pancake entres with some amazing twists. How about the White Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut Pancakes (pictured above) or the Oreo Cookie? We all picked different items so we could sample them all.
This is the S’more Pancakes that my kids just LOVED! They also offer omlettes, french toast and more, but with most dishes, you get a side of pancakes, and you can make them any way you want.
As with each visit to Las Vegas, we find more fun and interesting things to do and see than just hanging out at the Strip. We’re certainly looking forward to our next visit!
