California Holiday Fashion with OshKosh B’gosh

California Holiday Fashion with OshKosh B’gosh is sponsored by Everywhere Agency on behalf of OshKosh B’gosh; however, all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Living in Southern California, we’re a little spoiled. We have the option of celebrating the holidays with sunshine at the beach or snow in our local mountains. No matter what the weather, it’s always fun to celebrate a Southern California Christmas with OshKosh B’gosh holiday fashion. Especially since it’s time to start planning for traditional family photos for our holiday cards.

The holidays are upon us, and last week I realized we hadn’t taken photos for our annual holiday cards. With the heat wave we have been experiencing, a casual, comfortable Christmas photo shoot was in the plan. The kids and I stopped at our local OshKosh B’gosh store where I let them do a little of their own holiday “kid fashion” shopping. The only criteria I requested was that they were similar in color.

My darling daughter selected an adorable plaid blouse with red, blue and a glittery gold that was also long enough to pair with leggings if she chose. However, for the holiday photo shoot, she fell in love with an adorable denim overall-skirt.

My handsome boy picked out a pair of denim shorts. Living in Southern California, it seems that is all he needs for our temperate climate. Besides, I really can’t get him in anything else. Since his favorite color is red, he quickly grabbed a striped red polo with a hint of navy blue.

I think out shopping trip took all of about 10 minutes, the longest part of the adventure was trying on the clothes and making silly faces in the dressing room.

The next stop was a local hot spot for Southern California – Disneyland, Disney’s California Adventure and Downtown Disney.

My kids paired their favorite OshKosh B’gosh holiday fashion with adorable Mickey ears and we were done! They loved taking the “holiday card” them into their own hands and creating it their own!

  1. My best holiday tip is to have family members each bring a dish or two to add to your family’s meal. That way the weight isn’t just on one person’s shoulders for food.

  3. My favorite holiday cards are family pictures. I enjoy seeing how the kids change from year to year. We take a family photo every year and send them to to friends and family.

  4. Do no stress out over little things, not worth it, if you can order it in, just do it, spend as much time you can with your kiddos because they will grow up before you know it!
