It’s almost summertime, can you believe it? My friends at The Children’s Place invited me to check out the new clothing line for summer, and I love it!!! This year, #placesummer is all about fun colors that are bright and noticeable.
For the girls, they are continuing with skorts (skirts with shorts built in) and fun, artsy tanks and tees. Summer dresses have gone more girly with lace and sparkles.
Check out what I picked up for my princess:
As you can tell, she was super excited about her new clothes and had a fantastic time modeling, dancing and taking pictures.
For the boys, fun tees, you’ll even find Marvel Comic Superheroes and fun sayings perfect to pair with light weight button ups and bright shorts. My little guy loves their mix and match separates as these were his favorites:
The lead designer, Michael Giannelli from The Children’s Place shares his thoughts: “For summer 2013, the trend we’re seeing everywhere is clothes in bold colors and prints with blazingly bright, neon accents. This style is perfect for kids who love fun, cheerful looks and great for parents who want to keep track of their little ones. With our bright collection, you’ll never lose sight of them.”
With flip flops for $3, matchable outfits starting at $5, The Children’s Place is the perfect place to get great affordable clothing for summer. And, don’t forget swimsuits! Most of the swimsuits are treated for UV protection too.
