Ice Age Collision Course is back, cooler than ever, in this all-new adventure! Scrat’s ongoing pursuit of the elusive acorn accidently triggers cosmic events that threaten the ICE AGE world. Bring Ice Age Collision Course HOME starting Tuesday, October 11th, when the Blu-Ray, DVD is available at local retailers.
In celebration of the epic release of Ice Age Collision Course on Blu-Ray, DVD, we were invited to a special media event at the Discovery Cube Orange County over the weekend.
We started the morning off with breakfast with Scrat, then we had the opportunity to hear about what goes into making the Ice Age franchise.
In Ice Age Collision Course, Buck, Manny, Ellie, Sid, Diego and the rest of the herd are back. This time, they must work together on a hilarious journey filled with nonstop action and colorful new characters in order to survive the global Scrat-tastrophe! Director, Galen Chu and Story Artist, Jony Chandra, shared behind the scenes images and thought processes as they created Collision Course. For instance, this time our favorite characters face an alien world, which is represented throughout the movie with purple tones and hues.
Jony Chandra walked us through drawing Scrat and Buck, but my princess stuck with Scrat. She was so proud of herself!
We also had the opportunity to hear from UCLA Professor, Abby Kavner, who shared the real world impact of Scrat’s antics as well as her own personal collections of meteorites and favorite rocks.
We had such a fun time hanging with Scrat and all his friends at the Discovery Cube OC, and now we’re anticipating family movie night! We can’t wait to bring home Scrat and his friends in their next crazy adventure. Don’t forget to pick up your very own copy on Tuesday, October 11th…
OR, win one here – GOOD LUCK!
