ground beef

onion soup mix

cup
diced mushrooms
finely chopped

cup
diced onion
finely chopped

bread crumbs

egg
Sweet Sauce for Meatloaf
1
cup
ketchup
1/2
cup
brown sugar
packed
Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray square 2 quart baking dish with non stick spray.
Mix together ground beef, onion soup mix, diced mushrooms, diced onion, bread crumbs and egg.
Divide into two portions. Place 1st half into square baking dish, leaving room around the edges.
Mix together ketchup and brown sugar and spread half over first layer of raw meatloaf mixture.
Next take the remaining meatloaf mixture and gently place over the top.
Again, spread remaining sweet sauce over meatloaf
Bake for 60 minutes in oven at 350.
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
