A list of the Spring/Easter events going on around Orange County:

 
ALISO VIEJO:
The Aliso Viejo Community association will host their Spring Celebration Saturday, March 23rdfrom 9am to 11:30am at Grand Park.  This free event will include egg hunts, visits with Peter Rabbit, face painting, bounce house, balloon twisters, entertainment, arts and crafts.

ANAHEIM:
4thAnnual Easter Egg Hunt Ronald Reagan Park is March 23rd, held by the Anaheim Hills Rotary Club.  The event will include an egg hunt for children under 11 years old, photos with the Easter Bunny and kids games and crafts.

Anaheim Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th at 10:00am at Peter Marshall Park: at Magnolia Ave and Crescent Ave.  A free event for the whole family that includes an egg hunt for kids 12 and under. Put on by City Church at Chain Reaction

BUENA PARK:
Spring Egg-Citement takes place Saturday, March 30th at Henry Boisseranc Park: 7520 Dale Street.  Hosted by the Buena Park Parks and Rec department and Parn Noon Lions Club, a hot breakfast will start at 8am followed by stage entertainment, children’s crafts, field games, a petting zoo, moon bounce, visit with the Spring Bunny and a candy scramble for children 12 and younger.
 
DANA POINT:
The City of Dana Point will offer two Egg Hunts on Saturday, March 30th.   Pines Park, 34941 Camino Capistrano and Sea Canyon Park, 33093 Santiago Drive.  Activities begin at 9:00am and include:  Children’s Games, Petting Zoo, Easter Bunny Visits – bring your cameras.  The event concludes with an Egg/Candy Hunt which begins promptly at 10am for ages up to 10 years.

COSTA MESA:
7ThAnnual Costa Mesa Easter Festival & Treasure Hunt will be at the Orange County Market Place Saturday, March 24th 10:00am – 2:00pm.  There will be free photos with the Easter Bunny, face painting, a puppet carnival and more.  For a free admission coupon: https://www.ocmarketplace.com/contents/Entertainment.aspx#Easter
 
Torelli Realty will be holding Egg Hunts 8:00am-12:30pm at Tanger Park (Corner of Tanger Dr. & Hummingbird Drive – near Adams Ave. & Mesa Verde East) on Saturday, March 30th.  Activities include visits with the Easter Bunny, bounce house, pony rides, petting zoo, a coloring contest and refreshments. 
 
CYPRESS:
Cypress Recreation and Community Services hosts an Annual Spring Egg Hunt that takes place Saturday, March 30th  at 10:30am.  This event is for children 11 and under and will be held at Oak Knoll Park: 5700 Orange Ave.  Activities included: egg hunt, crafts, face painting, visits with the Easter Bunny, free hot dogs and drinks.

 

FOUNTAIN VALLEY :

Fountain Valley Recreation and Community Services Department hosts the Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th at the Fountain Valley Recreation Center and Sports Park, 16400 Brookhurst Street from 8:30am-11:30am. Event includes free carnival games, crafts, balloon artists, inflatable rides, and more! Enjoy a pancake breakfast for $5, elephant rides for $5, and take pictures with the Easter Bunny for $2 each.
 
FULLERTON:
There will be a Family Easter Celebration at The First Presbyterian Church of Fullerton: 838 N. Euclid St. on Saturday, March 30th.  The event runs from 10:00am-12:00pm and will include crafts, story telling, a bounce house, and an annual Egg Hunt.  Event is free.
 
Easer Eggstravaganza will be held at Temple Baptist Church (1601 W. Malvern Ave.) on Sunday, April 1st 12:00pm.  There will be an Easter lunch, Easter crafts, bible story and an egg hunt.
 
GARDEN GROVE:
Eggs-Cavation will be Atlantis Play Center: 13630 Atlantis Way on the north end of Garden Grove Park on Saturday, March 23rd11:00am-2:00pm.  This event offers kid-friendly activities including arts and crafts, face painting, carnival games, a moon bounce and petting zoo.  Egg hunts will take place in age groups and the event is limited to the first 300 children.  Tickets are on sale at the Recreation Counter located on the first floor of City Hall: 11222 Acacia parkway.  $7 for children ages 3-10, $2 for spectators 11 and up.  Tickets will go on sale at G.G. City Hall March 11th.
 
HAWAIIAN GARDENS:
(c) https://balancingthechaos.comEaster Egg Hunt is Saturday, March 30th 11:00am – 3:00pm at Furgeson Elementary School: 22215 Elaine Ave in Lakewood.  Activities include pony ride, petting zoo, moon bounce, train ride and more.
 
HUNTINGTON BEACH:
The City of Huntington Beach Community Services Department will host their 23rdAnnual Easter Hunt 9:00am-2:00pm Saturday, March 30th at Central Park Sports Complex.  The event will feature an egg hunt, game booths, entertainment, exhibits, pictures with the Easter Bunny and refreshments. 
 
IRVINE:
The Rabbit Run 5K takes place on Saturday, March 30th 9:00am at Concordia University (1530 Concordia West) in Irvine.  Grab a few eggs and goodies along the way or linger your way through.  Either run, hunt, jog, stroll, roll or trike it.  Families can bring strollers, bikes, tricycles but kids must wear helmets.  Kids can ride scooters, bikes or be pulled in wagons.


Easter Party at Pretend City (29 Hubble, Irvine) on March 30th from 10:00am to 5:00pm.  Activities include a visit from the Easter Bunny, sweet treats, Easter games, Bunny Hop Parade, Easter hats and egg-travagant surprises.

LA HABRA:
Spring Family Eggstravaganza will take place at La Bonita Park (1440 W. Whittier Blvd.) on Saturday, March 30th 6:20am-12:00pm and will include a 6:30am pancake breakfast, bounce house, crafts, mini health fair and an egg hunt.  Egg hunt will be at 10:00am
 
LADERA RANCH :
On Saturday, March 30th the Spring Celebration in Ladera Ranch will be 11:00am-2:00pm at Founders Park and includes an egg scramble, tykes and toddler egg scramble, visits with Mr. & Mrs. Peter Rabbit, games, crafts and more. 
 
LAGUNA HILLS:
Eggstravaganza will be on Marcy 29th from 9:30am – 11:30am at the Laguna Hills Community Center. Activities will include bounce houses, a big slide, games, face painting and an organized egg hunt.
 
A late night “Flash Light Egg Hunt” will take place at the Laguna Hills Sports Complex: 25555 Alicia Parkway for ages 7-14.  Residents: $5, non-residents $7.  There will be hundreds of eggs and a raffle into the evening.
 
LAGUNA NIGUEL :
Saturday, March 30th from 9:00am-12:30pm, Laguna Niguel Parks and Rec will host their annual Bunny Blast at Chapparosa Park: 25191 Chapparosa Park Road.  The event will include a bounce house, strolling Easter Bunny, petting zoo, pony rides and face painting.  Admission to the event is $7 age 3-12, $1 age 13+.  There will NOT be an egg hunt at this event.
 
LAKE FOREST:
Bunny Blast will be held Saturday, March 23rd from 11:00am-3:00pm at El Toro Park: 23701 Los Alisos Blvd.  The event will include game booths, crafts, face painting, giant ferris wheel, petting zoo, pony rides, balloon artist, egg scramble, live entertainment and Alice and her Wonderland friends will be available for pictures.
 
Spring Skate Egg Hunt at The Park will be on Saturday March 30th at Etnies Skate Park of Lake Forest (20028 Lake Forest Drive) from 11:00am-1:00pm.  Visit the Skateboarding Bunny, bounce houses, an egg hunt and crafts.
 
LA MIRADA:
There will be an Easer Egg Hunt at La Mirada Regional Park on March 30th from 9:00am – 11:00am.  Activities will include: egg hunt, games, crafts, music, balloon artists, bounce house and petting zoo.
 
LOS ALAMITOS:
Spring Carnival will take place Saturday, March 30th from 9:00am – 11:00am at Laurel Park (corner of Bloomfield and Katella.  The free event will include egg hunt, carnival games, face painting, bounce house and more.

Bunny Days will be Saturday, March 30th from 11:00am-3:00pm on the village green at Oso Viejo Park (24932 Veterans Way) The event will include carnival game booths, spring crafts, “Toddler Town” face painting and pony rides.
 
The Family Easter Fair will be held Saturday, March 30th at Mount of Olives Church (24772 Chrisanta Drive) 11:00am – 3:00pm. The event will include an egg hunt, shark slide, face painting, petting zoo, a photo booth and much more. 
 
NEWPORT BEACH :
At Fashion Island, children are invited to take pictures with the Easter Bunny in the spring garden on Atrium Lawn from 11am-6pm daily.
 
NEWPORT COAST:
There will be a traditional Easter Brunch at Pelican Hill on Sunday, March 31st10:00am – 4:00pm that will include an Easter Egg Hunt, bunny visits, face painting and balloon twisting.


ORANGE :

Open Saturday March 9th through Saturday, March 30th the Irvine Park Railroad Easter Eggstravaganza is fun for children ages 2-12 with egg hunts, moon bounce, face painting, cookie decorating, carnival games, and visits with the Easter bunny.  Also, ride around the park on the train.  Tickets must be purchased the day of the event.  $3-$5 admission to Irvine Park.
 
The Orange Public Library & History Center will host an Easter event on March 27th, 9:30am – 10:00am.  Bring an Easter basket for treat filled eggs hidden around the library.  Be sure to arrive early.  Location: 407 E. Chapman Ave. Orange
 
On Thursday, March 21st join ROAR volunteer, Miss Sue at the El Modena Branch Library, for stories, fingerplays & songs about Easter. Children will be able to make and take home a craft.  Location: 380 S. Hewes St. Orange
 
PLACENTIA:
Saturday, March 23rd, 8:00am-2:00pm celebrate the return of the Easter Eggcitement & Spring Carnival. Bring the whole family as kids 12 and under are able to take part in the Easter egg hunt. Crafts and Face painting, Games, Bounce house, Story time, pictures with the Easter Bunny and more. Don’t forget to get your picture taken with the Easter Bunny.  201 N. Bradford Ave.
 
The Rotary Club of Placentia is hosting Easter Eggcitement on Saturday, March 23rdfrom 8:00am – 2:00pm that includes a pancake breakfast, bounce house, egg hunt, story time, crafts and pictures with the Easter bunny. Location: Kramer Park at 201 N. Bradford in Placentia
 
SAN CLEMENTE:
Easter Eggstravaganza will take place on Saturday, March 30th 9:00am – 11:30am.  This free event will include a pancake breakfast, entertainment and a BIG egg hunt with visits with the Easter Bunny.  Vista Hermosa Park: 987 Avenida Vista Hermosa. For kids 10 years and under.
 
Community Easter Brunch is on Saturday March 30th at 10:00am sponsored by Family Assistance Ministries.  It is open to needy families and individuals.  To Volunteer or donate food, filled Easter Baskets and filled plastic eggs, please call (949) 492-8477
 
SANTA ANA:
Calvery Church Easter Egg Hunt will be Saturday, March 30th at 9:00am for kids ages 0-12 years old.  There will be music, breakfast and an egg hunt.  Location: 1010 N. Tustin Ave., Santa Ana
 
The Historical Preservation Society will host an Easter event with Easter displays, cookie decorating and tea at the Dr. Willella Howe Waffle House: 120 Civic Center Drive, West Santa Ana.  Adults $5, Kids $3

SANTA FE SPRINGS:
Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 30th at Los Nietos Park: 11143 Charlesworth Road from 8:30am – 11:30am. 


STANTON:
Stanton Community Foundation will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30thfrom 9:00am-11:00am at Stanton Park: 7800 Katella Ave.  Activities include an egg hunt, visits from the Easter Bunny, resource fair, candy walk, face painting and a pancake breakfast.
 
TUSTIN :
The City of Tustin will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 30th at 8:30-11:30.  Location: Tustin Sports Park: 12850 Robinson Drive.  Activities will include Easter Egg Hunt, pony rides, game booths, petting zoo, live entertainment and photos with the Easter Bunny.
